> PayChat is a free Viber chatbot that helps users quickly initiate sending money or requesting a payment, with confirmation completed securely in their mobile banking app. PayChat is not a bank — it prepares transactions; execution happens in the user's bank app via the “Prenesi” (NBS) instant payments service.

## How it works (short)

1. Open PayChat in Viber (search “PayChat” or use a friend's invite link).
2. Choose to send money or request money; pick a contact or enter a phone number, an amount, and an optional note.
3. PayChat prepares the data and creates a deep link for the user's mobile banking app.
4. The user confirms and executes the payment inside their mobile banking app with PIN, fingerprint or Face ID.
